  • Kerry Diana (Therapist / Owner)

I specialize in helping adults with attention deficit disorder / hyperactive disorder (ADHD) to address and improve their self-esteem, impulsive behavior, relationships, work/school performance, and organization.  Do you struggle with disorganization, impulsivity, procrastination, and controlling your emotions?  I can help you to learn how to better manage your life.  I have advanced training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and adult ADHD.  As someone who also struggles with ADHD, I understand how it impacts our work and personal life every day.

I obtained my master’s degree in Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2003.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.  I have advanced training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ADHD Treatment, Rational Living Therapy (RLT), and Structural Family Therapy (SFT).

My approach to therapy is tailored to your individual needs and desired outcomes utilizing evidence-based treatments that includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic theory, and Mindfulness. Evidence-based treatment is defined as a counseling approach that has been rigorously researched and has been shown to make a positive, statistically significant difference in therapy outcomes.

My primary goal is to help you become the best/most whole version of yourself.  I help individuals discover their underlying issues and then work with them to create awareness and a better understanding of their struggles.  You will learn concrete tools to help you cope more effectively and make the changes you want in your life.

My office is a safe space in which you will feel validated, nurtured, and supported. My approach is empathic, compassionate, warm, and solution oriented. Through our work together, I will help guide you to develop a better understanding of yourself and the power to change your life.

In addition to my specialization in adult ADHD, I also help people with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, and life transitions.
