I am a Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW) with 5 years of experience in mental health care. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University. I am currently working on obtaining my independent licensure in the state of Arizona. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Living Therapy (RLT), which together provide a structured and effective framework for creating meaningful change.

At our practice, sessions are structured and focused, drawing primarily from Rational Living Therapy (RLT), a form of CBT that incorporates a deeper exploration of the beliefs and emotional patterns influencing your thoughts and behaviors. CBT provides practical, goal-oriented strategies, and RLT expands on this by helping you understand the underlying themes that shape how you respond. We also integrate Psychodynamic Therapy to further explore how past experiences influence you in the present. This combined approach offers both practical tools and insight-oriented work, supporting meaningful and lasting change.

Fees
Intake Session $120 – This initial session allows us to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and learn more about you.
Therapy Session $100 – Ongoing treatment sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes. Free 15-Minute Consultation prior to your first appointment to ensure we are the right fit for you.
