Fees

Insurance

If your provider is in-network with your insurance plan, they will be billed directly. Please note that you are responsible for any applicable deductibles, coinsurance, and co-payments, which must be paid at the end of each session.

For out-of-network providers, we can provide you with a receipt of payment (referred to as a Superbill) for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment is due at the end of each session.

We highly recommend you contact your insurance company directly to understand your specific benefit. Here are some questions to ask:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and have I met it yet?
  • Is there a limit on the number of sessions per calendar year?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician?
  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance navigating your insurance coverage.
