Fees
- Intake Session $175 – the first session is to discuss why you are seeking therapy and learn more about you
- Therapy Session $140 – on-going treatment can be between 45 to 60 minutes long
- Free 15-Minute Consultation – prior to your first appointment to ensure we are the right fit for you
Insurance
If you are using your insurance and your provider is in-network with your plan, they will be billed directly. You will be responsible for any applicable deductibles, coinsurance, and co-payments.
We highly recommend you contact your insurance company directly to understand your specific benefit. These must be paid at the end of each session.
If your provider is out-of-network with your insurance plan, and you have out-of-network benefits, we can supply you with a receipt of payment, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will be responsible for payment at the end of each session.
The staff at Healing & Wellness are in-network with separate insurance plans. Please view each provider’s page for further details.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? When does it reset to $0?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Health Savings Account, Cash, Check.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $60. If you do not call or show for the appointment you will be charged the full rate.
